Question:

I'm 16 and I need help with a proper diet without meat.?

I'm have been trying to be a vegetarian for 1 year now but my parents tell me that I have lost a lot of weight. Help please.

My daughter, now 17, has been veggie for 10 years and is fit and healthy and a normal weight.
She eats Quorn meat substitute products - you can get mince, chicken-style pieces (great for stir-fris and curries), pies, nuggets - almost everything. They're high in protein.
Asda also does a great beef-flavour soya product which is wonderful in stir fries - even the meat eaters in our family like it.
