Can I still get in absolute perfect shape before summer?!


Question: Okay if I watch my calorie intake,cut out sugars and soda,do cardio 3-5 times a week 30 min each time, and weight train 2-3 days a week for 30 brisk minutes each time would I be able to get in perfect (magazine model) shape my the middle of june? is a month and a half enough time? i'm 5'6'' and 125 pounds and i'm 16 so do you think I have a chance.

Exercising is healthy and weight training will help to tone you. I would say that you should notice a small difference if you are consistent. However, at 5'6" 125 lbs, I hope you aren't looking to lose to much weight!

That sounds like a good weight control program. Just make sure you stick to it!

what's your other option? not even try? you're best bet is to do it. You'll be healthier in the long run even if you don't hit your target weight by summer. BUT you may hit your target weight and size by the next school year.

yes you can with all that exercise and watching your calories you can loose wieght in 2 weeks!

Perfect height and weight are you. Compare not to others, this is a battle you cannot win. Be the best you and you will be gorgoeus.
