You need to be balanced for exercise to be safe. Heals throw off your center of gravity and change the natural "S" curve of the spine, which should be maintained to keep your back safe. Wearing heals during exercise will not help you lose weight. They'll predispose you to injury. Get comfortable sneakers with good supports for your workouts.

that doesn't sound like a good idea at all....try working out with good foot support (as in a pair of Nikes) instead to prevent injuries. High heels aren't going to do anyting for your calorie burn.

No,
Unless......You want to break a hip:D

I know that wearing heels (especially if they're 5 inch stilettos) can be a workout in itself, but using them for exercising is not a good idea at all. Your feet need stable support while you're working out.

why can't you just change into trainers?

it's a bad ideal period, know matter how long you been wearing high heels. you can become unbalance fall and hurt yourselve and how are you going to run, jump rope, etc . anyway wahy whould you want to where heels when you work out? working out is not about looking super sexy. all you are going to do is end up hurt

Only if you want a trip to your local emergency room
