I need to lose weight.....?!


Question:

I need to lose weight.....?

I'm graduating from college in early October and I would like to lose at least 40 pounds by then....is that too unrealistic?? Has anyone lost that much weight in that shourt of time period?? If so, how'd you do it?? Also, how do I curb my sweet tooth?

I don't guess anyone is extremely overjoyed by the truth of the bulge. But here's the deal: Weight depends on one ratio. Energy in - Energy out. If you're taking in more energy (food) than is going out (activity) then you will gain. If it's even, you'll stay the same, and if it's less, than you'll lose. It is pretty unrealistic to KEEP that weight off if you lose it that fast but it's not unrealistic to lose it. Be dedicated enough to work out every morning, low impact so as not to build too much muscle. Eat WAY less food than you're eating and especially staying away from carbs seeing as how they produce the most *energy* Hope this helps and congratulations on that diploma!

The only way to curb a sweet tooth is to satisfy it. Either by false sweets or the real deal in much smaller portions.
