Would you consider eating fish and chips healthy? What about in comparison to ot!

Question: I'm having it for dinner right now from local chippy and this thought just passed my mind. I know fish is good for us of course but since its all fried is it really just equal to mcds ultimately?

Humm No, actually I think it would be healthier to eat the bag than the fish and chips. Mcds is bad too... forget all the fast food. Want something fast. Go to a super market get some rye bread and some lunch meat like ham & swiss.... and that will be better for you than any fast food places.

Definantly not healthy for you. Its fried and oily and fatty. Just as bad as anything else fried.

Anything deep fried in batter is going to be bad for you. Any benefit you would gain from having the fish over a burger is negated because it has been deep fried. Sure there's a little less fat because fish is a leaner meat than beef, but if you're deep frying, that really doesn't come into play.

Fish is healthy, but just like anything else that's fried, the nutritional value is lost.

SATURATED FAT and TRANS FAT

Definitely not healthy! Deep fried and battered. Fish and chips are so good but no, not healthy! Try grilled salmon or red snapper! Yum!

Yes I think our good old fish and chips never harmed anyone..Unless they are on a gluten free diet and then they would have to take the batter off the fish..

When you eat fish and chips, you just have to say that's 700 Cal's to count to my diet!
But its been around for years and no one has ever got ill from eating our English fish and chips.

I think other fast food Burgers are rubbish you don't know whats been put in them.. Bit of rubbish meat..
Maybe Fried Chicken is okay...
Milk shakes although they are lovely are very fattening..
