i gained it so fast, i want it off now, help me. wat can i do at home to lose it

Eating low calorie foods...particularly a lot of raw or steamed veggies and fruits as well as drinking lots of fluids...especially water. Add to this a diet regimen of splitting larger meals into smaller ones...6 a day instead of 3 and snacks. Getting rest and 30 minutes or more of conditioning exercises
