How do you lose weight if your still young?!
Question: I'm still in my tweens but I want to lose some weight for the summer. I'm going to a very hot place, and I want to wear short shorts and look good. Please don't answer: "Eat your fruits and vegetables more! Eat less! etc." I want tips for like exersizes I can do because my scheduale is packed! Nothing complicated please!

IT ALL DEPENDS ON your age, when you hit puberty you lose the weight you have as a teen.. but if your over this stage. try the special k diet( eat cereal for breakfast and for lunch, dinner eat what you'll usually eat but only the serving size, but wait at least an 1hr & a half before laying down: they have bars for snacks and protein waters, dont drink carbonated drinks: coke, lemonade, tea etc. try drinking water only. and eat fruits). it reallyworks!!. and i love to dance so i bought work-out videos on dance routines..extremely fun for only 30 mins a day... you'll see results in as little as 2weeks.. =) try it!
