how to lose wait the quickest way possible and she wants me to ask you guys because she doesn't have a account! Please help my friend!


Answers:

Losing weight quickly is really unhealthy. It's quick weight that you lose that you can gain back right away. For example when you take a heat pilates or yoga class you can lose about 4 pounds because it is all water weight...and if you don't eat the right amount of meals a day you can lose a couple more pounds that week.

However skipping meals ends up hurting and affecting your metabolism. It actually slows down when you skip meals and do not eat as much.

Tell your friend I suggest to just eat 5 small meals a day. Eat breakfast as soon as she wakes up...so that her metabolism is not at night mode anymore and begins working as soon as she wakes up. Stay away from chocolates and corn syrup because those carbs are bad for you...HOWEVER DO NOT GO ON A LOW CARB DIET. Carbs help your metabolism speed up and your body to lose weight faster...it contains energy.

Try walking once or twice a day for 40 minutes and just be active constantly. And never eat about 3 or 4 hours before you go to sleep. I saw results...and I'm sure your friend will as well.
