Hw do you get rid of fat under your arms?!

work ur triceps- a good exercise for this is to (position 1) sit on a chair and hold on to the sides with your hands. then slide urself off the chair (while still holding on) so that ur now (position 2) parallel to the ground, legs straight out in front of you. use ur arms to lower ur body so that u come a couple inches from the ground, and then return to position 2. do at least 10 in a row and build up as u get stronger. good luck!
Follow these tips and you be losing weight under your arms in no time:
1. Drink lots of cold water.
2. Never eat in between meals.
3. YOU MUST AVOID ALL takeaway food, junk food, soft drinks(Pepsi max is ok), cakes, biscuits, ice cream, greasy, salty&fatty foods etc, at all costs.
4. Do some mixed exercises like pilates, cardio, sit ups etc for at least 1-2hrs each day.
5. Eat healthy and around 1200 calories at tops each day.

i had that horribly 2 years ago. ! gahh..
well.. upper body workouts, like bench press will definatly take some off, but you have to remember you cant spot take off fat. =\ so also do some cardio!
