Swift weight gain?!

Question: I am 30yrs old and 5'6" tall. 4yrs ago I was 9st 4lbs (130lbs) and a UK size 12, 34E boobs, very skinny legs, narrow hips, small and flat bottom but with a deep belly button, flabby tummy that projected out as far as my boobs . The broadest part of me was my shoulders, then chest, then waist, then hips.. giving me a downward triangle shape.

Since putting on some weight, I'm now 13 stone (182lbs), UK size 18, 40G boobs, slim legs but with large upper thighs, broad hips, round full bottom. My tummy has grown slower than the rest of me so although only 4" larger, is now less prominent than my boobs.

I'd like to continue this trend so that my hips are wider than my shoulders (for once they're now equal) but don't want my tummy to grow any bigger. Any advice please for gaining weight on my hips/bum but not my waist?

Thanks

Teri

This is an unusual question. Most women would want to lose the weight and you want to continue to put it on. The original figures given were fine but now you are getting to a stage that would concern medical professionals. Is there a reason why the weight gaining process? There is no such thing as spot reducing but there is spot gaining. Instead of all of this weight gain why not hit the gym and train specific areas in addition to the rest of you. The total look would be larger hips and a trimmer body.

I tell ya what, i was a dress size 16-18,38f not too happy so of i went on a diet....lost three stone to a size 12-14 38c....not content with that so i lost more(mostly through a very stressful time), and stupidity!, my BOOBS were soooo small, gutted i started eating way more healthier, and back to a 12 and 36c boobs, not too bad, but a lot better!

I know Jenny was in very similar like your situation. she does great job with her body shape , she even gave me link to http://www.advice-masters.com but I use man section off course . she in deed molded her but and body in general so much so that all guys in the gym started growing interest in her :) I admit I do watch her often she does that nonosense bodyshaping 4women really but I\m quite sure she has high potein diet and supplementing too.......good luck
