I NEED HELP.......with my diet!!!!!!!!!!?

well i have a month i am 10-15 lbs overweight (told by my docter) and i want it gone by august 10 before school starts and i want it gone healthy or not i wont gain it back

ummm try cutting down on things such as, calories, carbs, sugars, and fats, infoods so that its not too much or too little!
try eating more proteins and fibers and fruits and vegetables!
here im gunna start ur diet off ok?
no more soda
no more fast foods
start with that!

if u seriously want ur diet to be unhealthy just to loose weight, then try the atkins diet! its no carbs!
which means, no carbs no sugars, no pasta, no bread, no rice, no cereals, no popcorn, no cookies, no cakes, etc. NO CARBS! thats very unhealthy
now, do u feel that that leavs you no food to eat??? think again!

atkins breakfasts - eggs, or atkins bars!
atkins lunch - salad ( only lettuse, tomatos, onions, olives, ect)
atkins dinner - MEAT meats have no carbs! steak, lobster,
fish, pork chops, ect!

try not using the atkins diet unlesss u are REALLY desperate because it is unhealthy for children!!!!
