How 2 Lose a SMALL Gut in 2 WEEKS?!?!


Question: My friend is having a pool party in two weeks. I want 2 go && have a good time but over the last couple of weeks I have noticed that I am beginnig to form a small gut. (HOPEFULLY NOTHING A LIL BIT OF CARDIO CANT CURE) I am basically looking for the best way 2 loose the wait && lose it fast so that when the party comes I can show off my fresh toned abs or @ least not have a gut hanging over my bikini bottom :( HELP!!!

Ok...along with your cardio...skip the colas (even diet colas for now )and fruit juices (too much sugar)....its water, water, and more water. This will help flush your system and get rid of excess salt/water retention. Also really be careful with what you eat...elimiate sweets and cut down on refined sugar products....white bread/crackers and pasta. Also red meats stick around in your system a while....opt for chicken and fish and of course veggies and fresh fruit. Remember take a good multivitamin to maintain your good health.
