I need help losing weight?!!!?

I really want to lose about 10-15 pounds because I am 12 years old and i weigh 125 pounds. i am going to eight grade and i want to look great. i need to lose it VERY FAST. please help me i dont knoe what to do. i need to focus on my stomach and thighs because thats where is getting too big for me. so please help anyone.........im begging


Answers:

1st: Don't eat anything after 6:00pm. You are far less
active after 6pm so everything just kinda sits there and
turns into fat while your sleeping.
2nd: Every night before your bedtime shower, lay on your
back, cross your arms on your stomach, bend your
knees so that your feet are touching the ground...
begin doing Tummy Crunches, you pull your body 1/2
way up (don't do it all the way until you've been doing it
for at least a month) and do approximately 50-100.
3rd: For your thighs...find a good set of stairs...usually
10 or more stairs is good, and at first walk up and down
them until your legs start to feel tired. You'll be able to do
more as time goes by.
This regimun worked for me and now my tummy is flat and my thighs are (to me) perfect, and I've had two kids...normal weight gain is 20-25 pounds during the entire pregnancy, I gained 87lbs with my first and 72 with my second and they are only 11months and 17days apart so I was sporting quite a bit of extra weight. I lost it all within 6 months of doing what I've explained to you above. Good Luck sweety and just remember...you are only 12 years old. There's a lot of "baby fat" that you will not get rid of until your older. That kind of weight will have to make it's way off of you itself...there's really nothing you can do about that but you can keep it tight and make sure it goes when it's time.
