WOW EVERYONE CAN WHINE!

i have to say you are doing very well in your dieting your stats are good!! I recently just got off the water fast i did it for two weeks and i lost 7lbs so i reckon in one week you could loose 3lbs-6lbs in a week depending on how active you get. Dont worry about putting on weight i went back to 1234 diet and it meant that i didnt put any weight on i lost more weight after that ;)!!

try it! just make sure you dont binge/purge

good luck. xxxxxx

About three pounds the most.
Not trying to bring you down but you'll feel tired, weary, moody, weak and just horrible with only water.
Your metabolism will slow WAY down, and when you try to diet again, it will be even harder to lose weight.
Sorry to tell you again, but you will gain it all back...

I just hope you know how to fast properly. Fasting doesn't just mean giving up food and just drinking water all week.....or you're going to wake up in the hospital.

Depends on what intake you're getting....fasting includes lots of broths.....what kind are you eating? And how much? And how often?

If you're 5'8'' and 139lbs, why in the world are you trying to loose weight? Why not just do some weight training to tone up a bit?

You can't live on 300 calories a day - you'll die! You'll loose the most weight being on a 1500 calorie a day diet and drinking only water.

You shouldn't be fasting for weight loss. You also shouldn't be fasting if you are not sure what it will do to you. Talk to your doctor.

Since you've already heard it all and appear to know it all as well, you should know the answer.

Stop stop right now and take a hard look at yourself. Water fasts? 300 calorie intake? Thats a big red flag to me that say Disorder Eating. This is serious you have a problem.

With a water fast you run the risk of dying ( yes dying of water overload) when the concentration of electrolytes in your body drop too low and you start to have seizures.

Feeling scared? You should be.

Water fasts don't work.

Take it from me. I fasted on and off for seven years during the peak of my anorexia. In the end, it just messed up my metabolism, and when I attempted recovery for the first time, I gained fifty pounds in the span of a few months.

The secret to losing weight is patience. You have to learn not to try to rush your body. If you push it too hard, you'll just end up hurting yourself physically and mentally in the long run.

I've since lost my recovery weight, but it took a long time, and I had to be very, very patient and gentle with my body. Don't torture it. Your body is a temple. Treat it well, and it will do the same to you.

2 things. I'm the same height as you and I weigh 145 pounds my doctor said I'm NOT overweight either. And by the way that's not very smart you might lose some weight like the first poster said probably only about 3 pounds but it's extremely unhealthy (and so is "a 300 calorie intake")

not much. it looks like your in need of attention. i say this because you say you only do 300 calories anyway. the mind can not survive for long on that.

only drinking water you would lose about 7 pounds in 4 days.
so for 7 days im guessing about 12 pounds

Your metabolism will slow down very much. You will regain the weight.

Wow you really need some counseling.

From all the comments you're making, it sounds like you're just trying to get attention. Either that or the grouchiness from not eating has already set in.

You won't lose much weight eating 0 calories or even 300 calories.

If you're not eating enough, your body will conserve its fat stores because it will believe its being starved.

BAD idea. You need water for everything in your body. You are more likely to harm yourself than help yourself. Anyway, water is the easiest thing to lose and the easiest thing to gain back. YOU WANT TO LOSE FAT NOT WATER!!!!!

Size O or 1,most of my life until I got pregnant and now I'm size 6 and 7 months pregnant. When I want to lose weight (fat) I drink more water to fill me up!!! Great for the complexion too. No one wants to look like a raisin.

hello Lanina How are you today? Hey You don't need to lose any more weigh you are pertect all you have to do is exiserise more to keep out the weight go to the gym once or twice a week and maintain that weigh you are fine. Do you like swimming do that at the gym or pool if you swim you can get toned learner and make you look more healther that way. Would you e-mail me back tell me what you think. www.jpenton17@yahoo.com My name is James P.

The metabolism slow-down business is a nonsense; it's well known that the metabolism does bounce back. You might lose seven pounds or so on your water fast, probably only two pounds of that will be fat, two pounds will be lean tissue, and three pounds or more will be water.

There is evidence to show that will likely lose more fat on a low-carb diet than on a fast. And it's easier to stay on as well and not to mention it will spare the lean tissue which you surely don't want to lose.

well this is really not good for the organs (and no i will not go into details about metabolism slowing down as others already have)
But if you really want to know use this calculator (i think the activity and the weight loss ones are the types you will need)

save water drink wine :)

Extremes are not good for your system. Fasting slows your metabolism. When you do eat again your body will be more likely to store that energy (in fat cells) instead of using it . Not eating will also make you have less energy thus you'll be less productive, and your work and studies will be effected.

Instead, eat regular moderate potions of healthy food. (Six "snacks" a day). That will keep that food burning, and your energy level high.

Also, get enough sleep. Lack of sleep causes a depletion of a certain chemical in your brain that controls hunger, so sleeping right will help you feel less hungry.

So basically, everything in moderation

Stupid, Stupid, Stupid Idea!
