I've just turned 20, nearly 5'6 and 128 pounds ( on my p***** )
And keep eating crap

I usaully throw up my food to make myslef feel better but ive even lost the will to do that. ;-(

That's not fat. At all. Don't throw up any more. It is unhealthy, physically and mentally. You are NOT fat.

well it is good you lost the will to stop throwing up, otherwise the stomach acid would eat away the enamel on your teeth & they would fall out eventually, Love yourself the way you are & get some self esteem. It is good for you

5'6....128 pounds? You're not fat. You're not even close, there are a lot of girls out there that would kill to be your size. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, and PLEASE don't binge & purge, that is not good for you at all.

Do not throw up the food, bulimia is a medical condition and can have serious consequences. Excercise - start with short walks, and eventually turn them into long runs. Eat well - maintain a balance of the food groups. Try to cut out fizzy/energy drinks - the have soooo much sugar.

If I were you, I'd just go on eating more(unless I had a heart problem or anything serious).

first...dont call yourself fat...compared to me your not fat..im 162 lbs and 5'6 but im only 12...i know i got to lose weight but i dont call myself fat...so shut the **** up

Calm down, I'm sure you'll feel better if you think slowly and positively. Everyone i like this at some point in the week, it's not drama. It's life. Don't worry you are a good, healthy weight.

Eat some chocolate, take a bath, read a book and cheer up with some comedy television. That's what I'd do.

stop looking for sympathy on yahoo answers about "how much you life sucks"...boo hoo. suck it up. do you realize that there are millions of chilren who don't have homes, clothes, or even food to eat.

Please go talk to someone that has training and experience in treating eating disorders.
At 5'6" and 128lbs, your BMI is 20.7. This is on the low end of the healthy range.
Forcing yourself to throw up is really not good for you. It's bad for your stomach, bad for your teeth, bad for your self esteem.
You do not sound like someone that needs to lose weight. I'm sure you're beautiful. Please get help so you can learn to see it too.

Been there done that..............there are better ways to handle this!!! Like what is it that is bothering you in the first place to make you do this ? Lonely....bad relationship....hate your job.....there is always something underneath that causes it. You need to do something to make you feel better about yourself....long bath, facial, go for a walk, workout....anything but what you are doing now.

First of all, you are definitely not fat. But, with that said - get rid of the junk food! If you fill your house with healthy snacks, such as fruit, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds/nuts (small amts), etc. then you will have no choice but to eat better foods, and you will definitely feel much better! Second thing is to go for a jog...I feel that if I am not feeling to good about myself, I feel much better after I get up and get some activity. Make sure not to throw up though or else you are losing out on all of those nutrients that will help with your mood and make you feel better about yourself. Before you start, go look in the mirror, smile and think about something that you like about yourself, rather than obsessing about flaws.

Join a sports club that is encouraging you will make new friends and have fun. play whatever your fav sport is and try and get fit from that. get a nutrisionist about your diet and hopefully she'll encourage you to eat well. wait a minute 128lbs isn't that much oh well

In fact you're weight borders on being underweight, depending upon your bone structure.

This problem isn't about your weight. You have other issues, maybe you don't feel good about yourself. Come to terms with that through friends, family, counseling, or something like self-journaling then you will gain more self-confidence and won't have to worry about your weight.

Keep in mind that you are worth it to be happy.

um what r u talking about??? ur skinny!!!! do u know how many girls would die to be as skinny as u????? ur tall and 128 lbs thats like really skinny!!!!!! don't throw up your food!!!!!! u r fine!! if i were like u id be like happy!!!! besides, who cares about ur weight? there are plent of plus sized models that look amazing and take amazing pictures, and i bet they were like u at some point. u wudnt even be a plus sized model. you'd be a skinny model. all that matters is that your happy, not that ur skinny, because skinny wont make you happy, you'll just develope bad deseises.

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

***what helps me aLOT is to google like, fat people, and just stare at them. i talk to my body like its seperate from my mind, "stop eating you fat flubby piece of worthless flub" and say stuff to your body like that! it helps to look at not only reallly skinny people (ur thinspo) but also FAT people.** hope i helped..

and when ur done purging garggle with baking soda to neutralize the acids in your mouth!
