Lovehandles...?!


Question: What can I do to get rid of my lovehandles? They were not there last summer but it seems that over the winter I have stored up some fat around my midsection. The funny thing is that I have not gained any weight. Help!!! I want to look good by bathing suit weather when I pull out my bikini.

Cardio, cardio, cardio.....'course, you know that already! But 1/2 hour of cardio(walking, biking, etc) 3 or 4 times a week, will burn off any of the the "lovehandles" that are body fat.
You might also want to add a 5 to 7 min. ab. workout daily to tone up the abs. I'd recommend crunches (make sure NOT to jerk your neck...pretend there's an orange between your neck and chest), some leg lifts or leg raises, and some side crunches or trunk twists. This will hit the upper as well as lower abs and the obliques.

Run. Even if you aren't the heathliest eater, running really helps the mid section.
