Never eat while watching TV, seeing a movie, talking on the phone, being on the computer, or while reading. Only eat when you're doing nothing else.

Eat off a small plate. Always sit to eat. Each bite of food should be small enough to sit on a teaspoon. Chew it 25 times. Sip water. Then take your next bite. You will feel full faster. Drink water all day.

You will be surprised what these small behavior changes do.

go on a 10 kilomatrer walk averyday don't eat fatty food and eat lots of veggies and fruit and excersise for about 3 or 4 hours a day and DON'T GIVE UP otherwise u will get more fat
and stretch before excersise and after exceersise both is better but if u don't at all then u will be soooooooo stiff the next day ad u won't feel like excersiseing
