Is this a bad diet?!

that is perfect!!
just make sure you are eating healthy food and not junk
chemicals and perservatives are toxic to ur body especially if you are training

also if you are attempting to build muscle mass to make sure you keep the fat intake lower and more protein

Sounds pretty healthy to me. 10lb might be a lot or a little, depending on your original weight, but bear in mind that most of it will be water retention. If you want to keep the weight loss up, I'd probably drop to 1600 cals a day, and keep running.

Just make sure your diet's well-balanced.

not a bad diet its actually pretty good

well depends on your original weight. lets say youre 5'7" and you weigh 150.
that would be a little too much weight loss. make sure you eat enough calories - dont forget they are good for and you and plenty of fruit and veggies. thats a lot of running, too.
you don't need all this pressure on yourself.
calculate ur BMI on an online free bmi calculator and see if you have a healthy bmi. if you do then you shouldnt need to lose all that weight it really seems like a lot to me.
