I can't believe what I just ate...........I consider myself very athletic,?!
Question: i work out 3-4x a week, I run and also attend spin class. I am 5'7" and weigh 135 lbs. i just came back from the gym and opened the fridge for a snack--anyway, I just polished off 8 donuts fron Dunkin Donuts!! What kind of PIG am I? I feel so guilty, I want to purge!! Help! What do i do?

you could justl et it go, everyone deserves a break or a guilt free pass.
Being athletic has nothing to do with what you eat. So you ate a few donuts.... sounds like you work out enough to make up for it.

Don't purdge..bad news...believeeee me.
Its really ok..maybe this will make u feel better..im NOT athletic and i used to be bulimic and would eat 2-3 pints of ice cream, 2 rows or oreos, box of cheese itz, half a tub of frosting, bag of animal cookies, 4-5 pieces of pizza...ha, don't freak..if i didnt gain weight from doing this all the time (purdging doesnt release all the cals, so i prob got a good amount of them in me) you will be fineee, promise!
you may feel bloated but just don't do it again!

just tell your self that those things are bad for you
Whatever you do don't purge. I recommend for next time to snack on fruit. Exercising and then eating bad is not the way. Just try to avoid the bad food.
