Help me plz!?!
Question: im 15 and weigh 138 i want to slim back down to 128 and i have no money so i cant buy a machine and i dont have alot of time and i also wont be able to buy pills, and i need help!! any ideas?!?!

personally i think thats a good weight, you seem tall n skinny to me haha but go running. cut back on the chips and mcdonolds and stuff. if you crave soda then sparkling clear flavored water is really good. i drink like a bottle a day

ok,since you have no money(same thing with me) ,drink the cheapest thing ever:WATER! water will help.Also,cut back on butter,oils,chips,candy,and soda.All the things listed before are absolutely TERRIBLE for you on a diet.If you do these things (plus walk about 5000-6000 steps a day) you should be thin in no time.(and the steps thing,on average people walk about 4000 steps daily.So another 1000-2000 is about a half an hour to an hour long walk)

Ummm...its nt that hard hun.Just Drink only water and eat less and healthier.and u dont need a machine or pills...Just run a couple miles a day.If you can't seem to excersise on your own you should join a sport or dance team at shool or find a workout buddy...or even your mom or dad...ask if they wld work out with you,
