Uncontrolable cravings!?!
Question: I get cravings for things really bad...but let me state this right now IM NOT PREGNANT!
Anyway....I get cravings for sweets and fast food most of the time but a lot of the time I crave healthy food too like fruits and veggies. Anyway when I get a craving it drives me insane until I finally eat what im craving! for instance right now I am craving a Reeses Pie from Perkins and its all I can think about and all I want to eat! (before that it was a foot long sub from subway and I got that...and the craving went away)
How can I get rid of these cravings without having to eat the food that im craving (I really want the pie but we dont have extra money to just go buy a pie or whatever else im craving that I dont need to eat)

Whenever I get cravings and cant have what I want I try to have something similar to what I really want. Once I was craving subway and It was driving me crazy because I couldn't go. So I went to my fridge and made a sandwich with meat, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.....and It really helped curb the craving. If your craving a pie then have something similar to it, like a cookie. I'm not sure whats in a reese's pie, is it like reese's pieces? if so then have reese cup. I know its hard to control cravings...they really are annoying. I get the most cravings when have PMS......Hope your craving goes away :)

Don't fight your craving, satisfy it. Whenever you have a craving it is better to satisfy it. Just don't eat to much of it. Eat enough to satisfy yourself without over eating. Me myself I love food. At work I eat little things here and there and I don't get fat. But I don't eat a lot of the stuff that I'm eating. Just enough to keep me from craving to much of it. ?
