No, as stated above it is not healthy for your body to lose that much weight that quickly. If you lose weight fast you are also more likely to put it back on fast.

The key here is what I've said over and over.
DO NOT GO ON 'DIET' PLANS.
You need to change your lifestyle permanently, otherwise you will simply gain weight again when you go back to your 'normal' eating habits and you will end up in a yo-yo cycle which is incredibly bad for your health.

There are no secrets, tips or shortcuts to losing weight, the answer is the same as it's always been.

Lots of vegetables, fruit, lean protein, unprocessed carbohydrates and water. Exercise. Don't smoke, cut back on alcohol. Unsaturated fats and oils (fish, avocado etc). Frequent smaller meals. Some snacking is okay if you eat healthy stuff. Stay away from high levels of sugar, additives/preservatives and salt (sodium).
And don't be too strict, the occasional treat is fine.

Losing any more than 5 pounds a month may be risky for your health.
A good diet, and regular exercise is the best way to help you lose weight (at least 45min cardio a day).

Basically you need to take in less calories than you burn. It's simple math!

Well try eating cheerios for every meal and running around the block a few times each day.

im not sure that's even possible without the use of liposuction or some kind of surgery. if it were possible, it certainly wouldn't be safe.

No. The only way you could come close would be to lose a lot of water, and that can be damaging. If you are way overweight you probably don't have the endurance to do enough exercise and if 20 pounds will take you to a healthy weight, you don't have enought to spare.

No.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.

No u need like 2 months & lot a healty food.

first step - drink PLENTY of water! this flushes out all the yucky things in your body and keeps you healthy!

second - do some exercise - join a gym or go for walks, do a bit every day, like an hour or two. don't wear yourself out like of that show, 'the biggest looser'. but see if you can go for walks with someone, a friend of partner. the time will fly and it wont seem like your working out at all

third - eat healthy food - try cut out the chocolate and fizzy drinks, or whatever else you think isn't too good for your body. eat fruit, and veggies. also, get your family to eat healthy as well, for support. it won't be half as hard if your not watching people around you stuffing their faces with chocolate in front of the television.

hope this helps, good luck, and remember, DO NOT stop eating meals e.g. breakfast, its proven to make you gain more weight. xoxo good luck!

No i don't think you can...
I did lose like 15 pounds in 14 days by just eating 10 calorie Jello like 5 times a day and drinking like 11 glasses of water a day. But that was because I was sick; I don't recommend that you do this though.
