i recomend you watch "the truth about size zero" it is a documentory of a woman who is size 4 and in 30 days becomes size 0.
she is always working out and eats very little.

i don't know im a size 00 but i eat what ever i want i drink a lot of green tea but i don't know if that really helps i just drink it cuz i like it .
If you're already thin, the only way to get into a smaller size is to have some bones removed.

But seriously, your frame might be at its smaller size. Don't stress over the size of your clothes. Just be healthy and happy and enjoy life.
Most of the time it's not fat that makes people not fit into tiny jeans, it's something called BONES
dont stirve to be a certain size. just strive to be your healthiest. im the same size as you and im pretty thin. just eat rigth and exercise and be the size that your body is supposed to be. dont try to be like your freinds. i dont know how old you are, but your freinds wont be size 0 forever. believe me.
