Size 0 or 00 [NO HATERS]?!


Question: I asked this before but there were haters. I am 5'4" and size 4. I want to be a 0. Like a model, so okay I have some questions:

umm like some serious running/jogging EVERY day for at least an hour, hey, you gotta work for it. You need to eat like less than 1200 calories a day.

Just do what the models do...run on empty (no food)

I'm going to try not to be a hater, but to give you some realistic advise.

You're 5'4'', and you want to be skinnier, skinnier doesn't always mean healthier.

We cannot tell you how much exercise you need, or how many calories you need to eat a day. You should consult with a personal trainer and a nutritionist to make sure that if you want to be that small, it's in a healthy way. You can find nutritionists at your local hospital, and they should be able to help you find a personal trainer as well. You should always consult your doctor first, to make sure there are no underlying issues that would be exacerbated by extreme diet and exercising.

size 0 would be around 90lbs i think. so it depends how much you weigh now.

if you are 110 then you will have to lose 20lbs. you can do this in 2 months by doing two hours of cardio everyday and eat 500 cals.

although i do not recomend it, goodluck.

Um, if you're not fat, you don't seem so be, you don't want to go down that low. That's what size I wear. Just depends how your body is.

The way the model's do it: they don't eat.

A good way: Eat stuff high in fiber, feels you up eating less. And cut back on sodas and SALT.

Salt is what gets people.

Well, your healthy BMI is around 111 - 146 lb if that helps.

wow 4 is really good anyway, but if you want to get to a size zero i suggest that you run for about 30 minutes a day and eat 2000 calories per day. But start out at like 20 minutes per day cause you wont be able to run for 30 straight minutes right from the start. And remember dont stop moving, so if you fell too tired to keep moving then start walking, DO NOT STAND OR SIT, because this builds lactic acid in your muscles.
