How can kids ages 11-15 lose weight in a week or two?!


Question: There is this wedding that is in a week and we need to lose weight to fit into a dress. We need to lose at least 5-10 pounds. Please Help! If your answer is good I will put it a Best answer! But please make us not starve. WE HAVE-
1. Treadmill
2. Dumbells
3.Workout station downstairs

No way in hell i would make you starve lol thats never the answer anyway i'm not gonna be mean to you like most of the ppl who answered this question saying things like get a bigger dress and stay away from Mcdonalds now thats mean you should read what they said Now what i say is lift weights which is what you listed or treadmill or if you want go to the gym be careful the 15 year old should go with her parents there are pervs there BE SAFE By the way dont over do it skinny and fat are bad you really wanna be in the middle so use absolute caution. you are kidding

if you knew there was a wedding you should have been working out a lot before now

the only way to lose that amount of weight that shortly
is not eat at all
but since that is not possible
this is your best shot

buy lettuce
and eat salad with a light vinegrette dressing for your meals
for breakfast eat a bowl of special k
what ever type you like

work out work out work out
go on an hour long run every day
and you have to be serious about this

and don't snack
this is a psycho goal its like impossible to lose that much that fast
but good luck
you should just buy bigger dresses

I'd probably run as much as possible and cut out any fatty of sugary foods.

Stay away from Mcdonalds and eat at home,,,,,,,,,,,

get a bigger dress.
