well it really depends on ur body type, how much u weigh now, etc. but here's some help...
breakfast: this should be a slightly larger (in calories) meal because u will burn this off as u go throughout ur day. eat lots of protein, whole grains, and fruits. ex. whole grain bread or english muffins w/peanut butter, milk, apples, bananas, whole grain cereals
lunch: again, protein, but low fat... salads with nuts, fruits, veges, low fat yogurts, milk, whole grain bread with turkey and no mayo, whole grain pita bread with turkey and no dressings, etc.
dinner: protien, low fat, low in calories... fish, salads, whole grain pastas, veges, brown rice, etc.
