It all depends on what your number priority goal is. If your goal is to shed body fat you want to do your aerobic work out first. If your goal is to strenghten or increase the size of your muscles then you want to do the weights before the aerobic. Whatever your top goal is as far as fitness is concerned you want to do that first because you have the most energy when you first arrive at the gym.
