well doing only biceps isn't going to put muscle all over your body. you have work out your back, shoulders, triceps, biceps, abs, chest, and legs. yea 145 pounds at 6 foot is waay to skinny man. If you really want to gain muscle, focus on your diet, and train a muscle a day for an hour at the gym. Typically you want to do about 12-15 sets split into 3 exercises, maybe 4. I also you look into dieting, because dieting will be 80% of the gain. If your diet sucks, you will suck.

Eat about 2500 calories a day. try to get most of it from protein and carbs. Stick to natural foods, boxed food and microwave food will only make you fat. Eat food like eggs and toast for breakfast, and red meats, chiken, fish for the rest of your meals later on in the day, and eat it with high carbs like rice or pasta. Drink plenty of water, and see how you do in 3 monthes.

i'm 17, 5'11, 190 lbs. yh man, 15 lb dumbells are really light, i use 40 lb dumbells for curling i do 3 sets 6-8 reps (always to failure) then do 3 sets of cable curls for 8-10 reps (always to failure) then do 3 sets on a preacher curl machine 6-10 reps again always to failure. that's my biceps done. make sure you're getting enough protein, 100 grams for a 145 lb boy isn't enough, you need atleast 145 grams of protein. if you want more advice check out http://bodybuilding.com/fun/index.html.
