To be fit eating right and execising is usually all that's needed. But sometimes that is not enough, and that's when you need to go to the Dr. and get your thyroid tested. If it is not working properly, people can get chubby without really eating that much! So yeah, eating every 3 hours and exercising every day is pretty much all you need to be fit!

just drink water

yoga + cardio + eat healthy + confidence in efforts..
