Best pilates / work-out DVD's?!
Question: Does anyone have any recommendation for any good Pilates or other type of work out DVD? I am not into Tae-Bo type stuff, I mostly won't to tone and shed some inches. I heard pilates is great for that. I have heard of Windsor Pilates (seen on TV) but can anyone else recommend any other DVD's or any better work-outs?

I have the Crunch series Pilates DVD. The instructor's name is Ellen Bennan (or Brenneman) and she's wearing a purple outfit on the cover.
She has three workouts that target the thighs, abs and buns. Then she also has a total body workout. Each session is 10 minutes. That might not sound like much, but trust me! It's quite a workout. I can feel that I'm stronger and my muscles are longer. It's a great challenge and it takes very little of your time.
I just started using Windsor Pilates and they seem to be working so far. I like it because each area (arms, legs and buns, abs) all come with separate DVDs so I switch with my neighbor. You may even be able to find someone to go in half with you to avoid paying full price.
I really like Jennifer Kries for pilates. She's a former ballerina and attentive to details like proper form. However, she can be a bit verbose and the workout can seem slow, at least to get started. I wish the pace was faster but I appreciate her thoroughness.
Denise Austin has a great workout that is a pilates/yoga combo. It seems a little more advanced but she gets right to the point. I feel like for the length, it's good. It's one I can do when I don't have a lot of time.

This is a great site that has a ton of videos with reviews written by people that actually did the workout and previews of the video. It also gives you a breakdown in minutes what the video covers. It's fantastic.
