How to become skinny when you're poor?!


Question: alright, so im 13
5'2
and about 220 pounds
i hate sugar, chocolate and all that sugary crap and i hate chips and junk food
but i eat out a lot, and pretty much i hate all market food and we live on food stamps and welfare and my mom can't get a job because she has a baby, so she can't afford a sitter and doesn't want to miss his childhood.
i need to know something simple to do
i can't afford weights, or any equipment. i understand no sports and sports are just out of the question
i could walk everyday sure, and vegetables and all that are expensive at the stores and im not really a meat person i hate meat.
please tell me a good, fast and cheap way to lose weight

Don't cost nothing to exercise. Walk fast, run, jump rope. At least an hour a day.

As for food, stop eating all that junk food and sugery sodas. The best foods are relatively inexpensive. Oatmeal, pinto beans, brown rice, cabbage. Yep, they've all gotta be cooked! But, you can learn and have some fun at the same time.

Educate yourself about healthy eating, exercise, and calorie management. Pretend it's a classroom assignment. Will serve you well the rest of your life.

Get your mom involved with the assignment then you'll all be eating and living healthy.

If you're to poor to afford healthy food how can you afford to eat out all the time? The best thing to do is to drop all the excusese. You can run on the high school track and use bady weight as a fitness routine push ups, dips. Some churches are even starting fitness classes for memebers

Its called exercise and you don't need weights.

You have Internet so you seem to be in an interesting poor person.

They are a lot of workout you can find to download...many don't need any kind of weights..I'm sure you could just grab a 5 pound rock if you really wanted to.
All I use is a pull up bar...it allows me to work my chest and back and arms.
