i lost alot of weight and been maintaining well. i also love sweets! and i eat them often, i make sure i always eat, healthy balanced meals, each meal contains, whole grains, non fat dairy and either fruits or veggies or both, and i drink lots fo water, i do cardio everyday for 30 minutes and strenghth train 3 times week and weight has not came back.
here are some of my fave low cal desserts
sugar free jello
sugar free pudding
frozen yogurt
100 cal microwave popcorn
when i bake cakes from box which i do often, i use water in place of oil and eggs, comes out perfect without all the fat, cals and cholesterol
take fat free cool whip and chocolate graham crackers and break graham crackers in half and put cool whip in between and freeze them.mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Try having serbert or fruit for dessert. For snacks you can cut up veggies or have light crackers and bisquits. This site has a new weekly meal plan complete with recipes and it tells you the fat content. Might be benificial for you to check out. www.enjoybeingawoman.net

Nope, not a chance.
Just remember nothing tastes as good as thin feels and that nothing good comes without hard work.
Though i wish i could remember this when the fridge is calling my name :)
Thats why you need to write these things down and remind yourself that you want to lose weight and this food is not going to help me. Moments on the lips months on the hips.Nothing that kills you only makes you stronger.
That junk foods not worth it.
Yeah it tastes good but its actually THE ENEMY!
It makes us fatter and thats NOT GOOD!
goodluck =)

Fruits! I recently started eating 4 fruit servings a day and I really don't crave sweets very much anymore.

The dessert I just had at my mom's that was really good was sugar free angel food cake, fat free cool whip, and strawberries.

Air popped popcorn is good for you (as long as you don't drench it in butter and salt), and so is sugar free jello cups.

Really, portion size is most important. Try to limit yourself to one serving of any kind of candy or sweets. We're so used to having dessert after every meal, but really dessert is only a treat if you have it once a week.

Put your snacks into perspective with working out. Once I realized how hard and how long I had to be on the elliptical because I ate a 3 Musketeers bar, I suddenly didn't want another one that bad.
