Don't waste your time with hours of ab crunches!!!

A lot of people are going to tell you that exercise is key to success but that is not correct. This is one of the biggest myths people believe when it comes to getting flat abs fast!

You need to incorporate both a nutritional and physical component to your lifestyle. There are a ton of sites out there with gimmicky pages that don't teach anything.

Whatever you do do not buy and ab rollers or gimmick ab machines!!!

Walk, run, crunches, etc.
Def stay away from junk food, soda, sweets, etc.

Have you thought of... exercise!

unfortunately thats the hardest spot to get rid of fat..and there arent many exercises specifically for that..try crunches..or even walkin a few miles a day..do some weightlifting..the more muscle you have the more fat you burn..thats why guys lose weight faster than women

i got the PUMP IT UP ministry of sound workout DVD. Great tunes and good workout, plus a little bit of dancing.

its split into sections so u can start off slow doing "warm up" and "bums and tums" bits, then move on to high intensity.

i love it!

You really need to do cardio to lose the love handles and belly flab. I would also do some sit ups and side bends to get it tighter, but cardio is the way to lose the fat.
