How can I exercise if every time I exercise, even simple as walking, makes my ch!

How can I exercise if every time I exercise, even simple as walking, makes my chest hurt?
Walking makes my chest hurt, & I get out of breath & tired easily. Should I see a doctor?

That might not be a bad idea...just to make sure everything is OK! If it is...maybe he/she can suggest some exercises you can do that won't be so stressful for you. I think the walking sounds like a good start...maybe just do smaller bursts...like 10 minutes at a time, 2 or 3 times a day...that way you won't get so out of breath & can keep the chest pains at bay! ;o)
