Seeking a 900-calorie work out routine?!


Question:

Seeking a 900-calorie work out routine?

Currently I walk for about two hours every day. That’s about 400 calories. Only half the calories I would like to burn. Ideally I would like to burn 900 calories a day. I’m looking for a routine that can do that for me for no longer then two hours. Boot camp style is okay with me.

I read about fitness all the time. I have a good idea how this works; I’m just looking for a hard-core routine. I love endurance! I do like the idea of using a stationary bike in front of the tele, but I don’t have one of those.

I haven't been to a fast food restaurant for six years! I'm very careful with what I put in my body. I'm always on check. Sometimes after a long day at work I do walk that slow but not usually. Ha, that's funny! Apparently I shouldn't go by what the calorie calculator said. :)


Answers:

Spin class for 1 hour at high intensity. 600 calories, minimum.
Weight training, circuit style, 30 minutes. 300 calories.
