How to lose skin of my stomach?
i have a six pack already but im have some loose skin and i want to burn it off. whats the most effective exercise for this?

Unfortunately, there is no 'quick fix' for loose skin. Your skin takes time to snap back after losing weight. And even then, it might not totally be 'tight'.
The best advice I can give you is to eat healthfully, maintain your weight and keep improving your fitness. Do a lot of cardio like running, cycling, and swimming to get more toned and help the loose skin be less noticeable. Weight lifting is also good but if you gain muscle too quickly you could get stretch marks (this happens to men a lot on their biceps.)
