How many of you have been successful at losing weight eating something about every two hours with your cut-off being 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the evening?

I hear the most effective way to lose wieght is to exercise regularly and eat 5-6 small portions meals daily versus eating 3 big meals everday!!! Thats the best way to stay healthy and fit and suppress your appetite!!
