Question: How many hours of sleep per day for a teenager!?

Your body will tell you when you've had enough!. Everybody needs different amounts!.!.!.!.If you aren't sleeping enough you will most likely feel tired most of the time and fall asleep during class!.!.etc!.!. I only sleep 4 hours and I've never had any problem being tired or anything like that!.!.!.!.but it really pisses off my roommates!.!.!. but most people need a minimum of 6 hours!.!.!.I guess I'm just a freak of nature!.!.!.LOLWww@Answer-Health@Com
For me, 8 hours on school days and 10 (sometimes 11) on weekends!.

Do your body a favor, get to sleep within an hour of the same time every night!. It's easier on your body than staying up quite late once or twice a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
