Question: What is the best tips for overweight person who want to do body building to build muscles!?
I am gonna do something for my health before get too bad!. I would like to know what is the best tips to start weight lifting again and try to be stay with it!. I have done weight lifing before I got sick 2006!. Also how many situps would I be able to do as well!? I know I won't see result for while and some muscle would gain some weight before losing weight!. What would you recommad for overweight person!?

if weight loss is ur main concern, then running is proby the best way to do it
stay away from junk food and eat plenty of protein
there r many ways to get a workout if ur doing calisthenics, u just need to get creative
if ur goin to a gym, then its a lil more straightfoward
