Why eat breakfast if im not hungry?!


Question: Why eat breakfast if im not hungry!?
i wake up and i have no appetite
i go out and i dont get hungry till noon/1pm
yet people say its better to eat in the morning

why stuff myself with breakfast when im not hungry!?

doesnt that go against eating when im not hungry, which is worse!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No one said you have to "stuff" yourself for breakfast-and your body can digest smaller meals (small amounts of food) easier than if you skip breakfast and think-well I'll just make up for it at lunch!.

Try eatting a small bowl of oatmeal-I typcially drink a meal replacement shake because I have the same problem, I'm not hungry (and I'm super busy) first thing in the morning-but when I don't have a shake or food, by lunchtime I'm so hungry I may not make the healthiest food choices and I don't want to be full or over eatting!.!.!.

They say people who eat in the morning are less likely to have a weight problem-so grab a granola bar, meal replacement bar, half a bagel with light cream cheese!.!.!.etc!. Try it for a week to see if you feel a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u need to eat breakfast so u have calories to burn to make your brain function properly
im not saying stuff yourself
just have like a cereal bar or breakfast cookie or just like a little snack u would have in the afternoon
i dont usually have an appetite when i wake up but thats bcuz i wont be hungry for while but it is still important to eat breakfast even if it is just a little
and yes all those crazy people who say its important to eat breakfast are RIGHT!

When sleeping your metabolism is slowed way down!. Your body is in starvation mode because you havent eaten is about 10 hours!. Your body then starts to break down your muscle for fuel!. You need to eat something, even if it is just a snack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If I were you I would almost force myself to eat breakfast every morning!. Breakfast is the "kick-start" to the day and gets your metabolism in action!. If your weight was an issue for you (overweight, say), I definitely recommend you make an effort to have breakfast every day - doesn't matter if its a bowl of cereal or just a banana, make sure you eat something healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow, i get so hungry in the mornings!.
if i don't eat on school mornings, my stomach will go crazy until i eat starting first period which is basically 8:30 :/Www@Answer-Health@Com
