Answers:
Protein comes most often from the muscle tissue of animals, in the form of amino acid chains the body can use for repair and growth of tissue!. The protein chain in soy products is also complete, so the body uses it exactly in the same way!. To your body, an amino acid chain is either complete and ready to use, or it isn't!. You body really doesn't care where it came from- it could come from a steak, a block of tofu, or one of the powder mixes!. As long as it's a complete amino acid chain, that's all your body is concerned with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am a athlete so I weightlift!. I take whey protein as my coaches and other players say they have better results eating whey protein!. But proteins are proteins!. They should do the same thing, but mayb not a the same levels!. I recommend whey proteinWww@Answer-Health@Com

Soy protein is mostly incomplete protein as is has a low methionine content like all beans, peas, lentils and nuts!. To get complete protein you need all the 8 essential amino acids in the right amounts, so all animal protein is complete protein!.

Bread, cereals, muesli and pasta all have a low lysine content but if you combine them with beans, peas, lentils or nuts then you get complete protein!. This combining of incomplete proteins to get complete proteins is known as protein complementing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
