Best way to improve your bench?!


Question: Best way to improve your bench!?
i want to be able to improve my max bench!. i weigh 150 and i currently am able to put up 200!. i never really worked out except i do pushups a lot and curls!. i cant get passed that!. how many reps/sets of what weight should i do to help it!? and is there any other things that i should be doing as well!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you wanna improve your max bench, try doing sets of only 1 rep!. If youre doing 4-6 reps with 200lbs right now, you can probably do 210 or 215 for one rep, if your rested!.

If youve been benching for a while you might have reached a plateau!. Try switching to other chest excercises and giving the bench a rest for while!. Most guys for example over emphasize the flat bench, which gives you overdeveloped lower pecs that look like breasts instead of muscles!. Try to focus more on the incline presses so that you can develop your upper pecs!. Try to change it up with some dumbell flys or cable crosses too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
