yeah eating something after sometime of not eating can cause some sort of bad thing in your digestive system!. i'm not sure if it's diarrhea though!. here's my personal experience!.!.!. last year i decided to undergo fruit fasting for three days because i've read on the inernet that this was really a good way to cleanse my colon!. i did not eat anything except apples, oranges, apple juice and water for that time span!. the website said that after three days!.!.!. you should not immediately go back to your normal diet as your stomach was accustomed to being almost empty!. the good way to start your way through your normal diet is to eat soft foods only like cereals or oatmeals for the next one or two days i think!.!. i can barely remember it!. not doing so can cause you some problems in digestion!. i told you this because there is some sort of analogy in our case!. hope this one helped!. try to see your doctor also to make sure about everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
