about a week, slowly drink less and less!.!.!. opt for juice and water!.!.!.then water and tea!.!.!.it's worked for me!. the only reason I had a lil soda was becuz I was on vaca!.!.!.a little soda here and there!. I really can't drink much anymore!. Tea and water is great!. Juice is good too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hahaha I just drank about 1/2 can of root beer with dinner last night! It's nice to have a good bubbly in your mouth sometimes! I can't help it!.!.!. But before that, I had gone about a week without it, and that was a diet pepsi!. What's bad is that the chemicals in diets hinder weight-loss, and the dark/brown colored sodas are worse than say a sprite!. I don't know if I can stop drinking soda!.!.!. I forget why they are bad other than leeching out calcium!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
