Question: How to live a healthy lifestyle!?
I should be thinking more of my health then my cravings!. I don't eat healthy at all!. Pretty much anything that goes in my mouth has to be deep fried and smothered in ranch dressing!. I don't drink soda, but the fact that I eat so poorly really makes up for that!. Can someone give me a list of groceries!? Foods that are good + good for you!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day!. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food!. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times!. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough!. No snacks or drinks in between except water!.
Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day!.
Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, you look like you're doing something right :) It's great that you don't drink pop, I try to limit my pop to one a week!. Mostly I drink water, but try to get 3 cups of 1% milk each day (I usually put it in my coffee, black no sugar)!. I eat a lot of Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine meals and love them!. Just try to add more fruits, veggies, and foods rich in fiber to your diet!. The only snacks I usually eat are raspberries, blackberries (they are wonderful but very pricy), and popcorn in moderation!. Peanuts are also good in moderation!. Fast food of any kind isn't good, but if I go to Wendy's I get the chili and baked potato which is lower fat and oh so good!. I mix them together with crackers crumbled on top!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was once where you were!. I didn't have a weight problem!. However, I eat as much now as I did then and 1 I am gaining wait or 2 I can't get rid of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
