I love my body, but i just want a smaller waist?!


Question: I love my body, but i just want a smaller waist!?
i basically like everything about my body except my STOMACH!. Well, its not necessarily my ENTIRE stomach!. my upper abs are fine, and im pretty content, but my lower abs (or lack there of) are just!.!.!.BLAH!. its like all of my fat goes to my lower stomach!. its just like no matter what i do i just cant seem to get it toned!. i do a variety of ab workouts, but they just dont seem to have any effect!. i have pretttttty bad love handles now and i cant button any of my jeans! :( and when i do, since theyre so tight i get a little muffin top :( ANY suggestions (whatsoever) to get a smaller stomach!? I would consider a diet, but i dont want to lose weight anywhere else!. just my stomach! HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had that problem too!. but i started brisk walking and running 4 or 5 times a week for 30 minutes a session!.
plus i started eating very healthy foods, 5 small meals a day rather than 3 to get my metabolism boosted!.

now (just 4 weeks later) i have a nearly flat stomach and have yet to buy my first bikini!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pilates, for definite in your situation!. Gentle and yet they work!.
