My legs r really saw from gymnastics has anyone got some tips so my legs don't hurt alot when i walk, stand up or sit down! plz

Eat a banana a couple hours before you workout and a couple hours after!. The potassium keeps your from cramping up!. Warm up before you start working out!. Then stretch!. When you're done with your work out do a cool-down!. Walk around or jog a mile, depending on how much you worked out!. Then stretch again!. If you still feel sore after working out on a consistent schedule then try taking a warm bath with epson salt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Buy some Epsom salts from the pharmacy!. They are not expensive!. Make what is called a "sitz bath" by filling the tub with hot water and pouring a cup of the epsom salts in the tub so they can dissolve in the water!. That will really help your sore muscles!. Soaking in a hot tub always makes mine feel better! Hope this helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

hot bath, b12 and frozen bananas!. b12 is what i refer to as fake energy!.!.!.wont hurt ya!.!.its a water soluble vitamin so what your body dont use it pees out!. the bath will relax the muscles, and the banana frozen will give you potasium and energy which will help keep you from cramping up in the future, but for tonight i guess you might want to take a few tylenol, and drink plenty of water after that bath, until you can get some bananas and b12Www@Answer-Health@Com
