Answers:
Your muscle fibers are fuller when they have more water in them!. Especially if you take creatine!. All creatine does is make your muscles retain more water (that's why when people stop taking it their muscles seem to shrink)!.

You may get bloated when you don't drink enough water because your body realizes it doesn't have enough and will store it!.!.!. thus the bloat effect!. Even though it doesn't seem to make sense, you need to drink more water (not less) to get rid of bloating!. Once your body realizes there is a steady stream of water coming in, it will release the extra stores making you look bloated!.

The easiest way to know if you're getting enough water is to look at the color of your urine!. If it is not clear (or only a slight yellow hue), then you are not getting enough water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking a lot of water is actually one of the few bits of conventional wisdom that is actually true for increased fat loss!. Many of you will insist that water is bland, boring, or tasteless and that you can't possibly drink 6-8 glasses per day
If you're not getting enough, your body will not be metabolizing fat and digesting food as efficiently, your heart may be overworked, and on a hot day, there is danger of heat stroke!. This is why your body constantly regulates water!. Since water is lost throughout the day by body functions and sweating, it must replenished!.!.!.!.
Water is also a very important factor for helping us to build muscle and lose fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
