Simply put, calorie control!. Either control your input, work out, or do both!. As long as you caloric input (food) is less than the output (what you use during the day, breathing and keeping your heart beating + working out) you will lose weight!.

In the case of controlling input, simple changes make a huge difference!. During dinner time especially, lower your portions- reduce it not by MAJOR amounts, but only about 1/6th or 1/4th- it adds up!. When you're feeling the urge to snack, instead of going for vending machine chips, go for a peice of fruit, string cheese, or a yogurt!. Drink plenty of water- it'll make you fuller, prevent dehydration, and it's no calories at all!. If you want to drink something sweet, try drinking a cup of gatorade (not the whole bottle!) instead of a cup of soda- while 'diet' soda is in general not very healthy, drinks like gatorade and powerade are, and if consumed in moderation, they contain much less calories than cola, and are mixed with electrolytes, which is very good if you're dieting and working out!.

To maintain your weight after losing the desired weight, simply start eating a little bit more, until the scale evens out without any major loss or gain throughout the week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my wife does weight watchers!. she is doing really well and it is working!. look into it!. we recommend it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do as I am doing!.

Eat Cereal and Fruit for Breakfast!.
Low Calorie Sandwich/Wrap for lunch, some fruit and a fruit smoothie!.

For dinner, eat a normal meal (No High fat ready meals though)!.

After dinner, go for a 30 minute walk 5 times a week!.

No need for fad diets, stick to that, and you will lose weight!

But, allow a treat once in a while, I!.E once a month have your favourite take-away meal!.

You will be surprised how much the cravings for these horrible foods go away after eating lots of fresh fruit!

Give it a try!

P!.S - DO NOT DRINK FULL SUGAR SODAS!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fad diets never work in the long term!. The ideal way to lose weight is to change your lifestyle with easy small steps, such as snacking on fruit/veg instead of chocolate!. Obviously it's still ok to eat chocolate and crisps etc but you'll just need to cut back!. Exercise is always good for you so skip the bus once in a while and walk to where ever it is you wanna go!.
If you keep it up longterm not only would you lose weight but you'd feel more awake and happy!. Snacking and junk food make you feel sluggish and tired so you won't want to do anything, even just reducing these will give a great difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I recommend Weight Watchers!. Some of my friends are on it and they can still eat the food they like, chocolate, but only certain amounts!.

I have tried several diets in the past and do you know the very best one that worked was the size of a post card given to me by a hospital consultant!!! I'm back to it again and much happier!

It just says your body needs XXXX calories to stay the same weight whatever your size is in my case 2000 and you can alter your weight by cutting down on only a few calories 100 a day!. You will loose more weight if you exercise!

I dropped 7 stone in two years doing this about 10 years ago and kept it off for about 8 years and then I started to ignore the advice!

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day!. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food!. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times!. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough!. No snacks or drinks in between except water!.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day!.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

None!

You need to make lifestyle changes to have long term effects on your weight!.

Read Paul McKenna 'I can make you thin' he speaks an awful lot of common sense in that book and I still live by the rules - even if I don't alwasy conciously know I'm doing it!

See your doctor before embarking on any fitness regime!.

There are no quick fixes that will work in the long run!.

Remember - slow and steady wins the race!.

You need to do cardio and toning
Running
Cycling
Swimming - this is excellent as it combines both elements and is low impact!.

If you ever feel less than motivated I always say this to myself before I go for my daily run

'To have an athletic figure, I must do athletics!'

Food wise aim for;

200-300 cals for breakfast
60 cal snack
300-400 cals for lunch
60 cal snack
400-500 cals for dinner

Loads of water, I mean a lot!!! and spike it with some citrus fruit as this has an enzyme in it that quite literally eats fat!

These meals should be made up of good quality, close to source foods no alcohol, no pop not even the sugar free variety!.

Remember if you have to open a packet (not salads! I mean crisps and chocolate!) to get to it, it is probably man made, processed and full of crap, which in turn is counter productive!.

Another of my many mantras is

'if ya put rubbish in, ya get rubbish out!' I say that to myself when contemplating sticking a mars bar in my gob!

Best Wishes

What you can do is to go on a high protein diet!. Don't eat any kinds of rice, bread, flour, potatoes, biscuits and basically anything that's starchy!. You can eat lots of protein, which means you can eat chicken, beef, pork, fish, shrimps, cuttlefish and also fruits and vegetables!. Also try an internet search on "high-protein" diets!. It's the same as a low carb diet!. You increase you proteins and decrease your carbs!. It works!. Very quickly!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try going along to Slimming World, my sister went there and has lost quite a bit of weight, its all about what types of foods go together ect!.!.!.!.and thats how you lose weight, Good Luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
