I would suggest a cleansing diet!. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month!. I also lost a lot of inches too! What you can do is to go on a high protein diet!. Don't eat any kinds of rice, bread, flour, potatoes, biscuits and basically anything that's starchy!. You can eat lots of protein, which means you can eat chicken, beef, pork, fish, shrimps, cuttlefish and also fruits and vegetables!. Also try an internet search on "high-protein" diets!. It's the same as a low carb diet!. You increase you proteins and decrease your carbs!. It works!. Very quickly!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you do floor exercises at home at least 1/2 daily and walk for at least 2 hours daily you will lose weight plus inches on your hips!. It has to be done daily and within a week you will definitely notice a difference!.

You will be able to eat what you want, because you will be burning plenty of calories so make sure you drink plenty of water also!. My pants would fall off when i did the walking and i ate plenty!. I'm sorry if this sounds rude, but if you are a teenager who weighs 86 pounds you are close to death, [that's only 6 stone 2 lbs] so I assume you mean kilogrammes!. 86 kilogrammes is 13 stone 7lbs approximately!. Which may be a tiny bit cuddly!. Just eat lots of veges and fruit, only lean meat, drink 2 litres of water a day, cut out ALL takeaway foods and walk for 20 minutes 4 times a week!. Don't sit all day!

It will trim you up at a sensible rate and it will be sustainable!. Perhaps a few "toe touching" or sit up exercises will help too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only a few other people ave pointed out that 86 pounds is skinny enough!. If you want to lose more weight then you do have issues!.
